(Issued Under IRCTC BTC Licence Framework)

1. Purpose and Scope

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of train tickets booked through the Remitrip platform and the processing of refunds arising therefrom. This Policy is issued pursuant to and in strict compliance with the rules, circulars, regulations, and directives prescribed by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (“IRCTC”) and Indian Railways (“IR”).

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Remitrip and applies to all users who make bookings, cancellations, or refund requests through the Remitrip mobile application, website, or any other officially approved interface.
